Vine variety: 100% Negroamaro

Soil: clay mixed with crushed limestone

Harvest: second half of September

Yield per hectare: 10 tons of grapes equal 70 hectoliters of wine

Wine making process: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation conducted with innovative techniques and carried out at a controlled temperature

Evolution/Ageing: 12 months in big oak barrel, 10 months in cement vats, refining in bottle before selling

Techical features: alchool 13,5% by volume

Tasting temperature: 18-20 degrees centigrade

Best served with: Ideal with red meat dishes, braised meat and seasoned cheeses
