Asti is an artistic city with great experience in wine techniques. This particular Barbera is named after the city of Asti. The denomination of the wine is strictly controlled at the origin. It's a wine with good structure and good acidity. a vinous aroma, with hints of red fruits such as cherries.
Vine variety: 100% Barbera grown in the province of Asti and Alessandria
Harvest: beginning of October; the grapes are selected according to maturation.
Yield per hectare: 9 tons of grapes equal to 63 hectoliters of wine.
Wine making process: Alcoholic and molalctic fermentation conducted with innovative techniques and carried out at a controlled temperature.
Evolution/ageing: 4/6 months in stainless steeel vats. Short ageing in bottle
Technical features: Alcohol 13.50% by volume.
Tasting temperature: 18 degrees centigrade
